How do I apply for a loan?

You can apply for a loan by visiting any of our branches nearest to you or by contacting our Customer Care lines.

What is the eligibility criteria for one to apply for a loan?

1). Applicant must be 21 years and above.
2). Applicant must be a business owner and business must be in operation for more than 12 months.
3). Business must be within our operating zones.
4). Applicant must be a Nigerian resident.

What is your operating zone?

Operating zone means the business must be within the coverage area of any one of our branches across eleven (11) states.

Can I get a salary loan?

For now, no. We only give business loans and loan types available are: Micro, SME and Housing loans.

What is the minimum amount I can borrow?

+

NGN500,000 for micro, above NGN20,000,000 for SME and NGN500,000 for Housing loans.

Can I make my total repayment at the end of the tenor?

Repayments are paid in monthly installments only.

What is the interest rate charged on your loan?

The interest rate is flexible and based on the loan amount, loan type and loan tenor. Kindly use the loan calculators on the website to help you out.

Do I need a collateral to access a loan?

Yes, collateral requirements are required and flexible according to loan type.

What is the minimum amount I can invest in your term deposit?

The Minimum amount is NGN30,000 and there is no upper limit.

How much is needed to open a savings or current account?

Savings account or current account can be opened with any amount or with zero amount.

Is there a minimum balance in the savings or current account while operating any of them?

NGN1,000 is the minimum balance for savings or current account.

Can I run my account through internet banking?

You can manage your account through our user-friendly mobile app, myABflex, which allows you to perform transfers, airtime top-ups, data purchases, electricity payments, and more from the comfort of your location.

I have a failed mobile transaction, what do I do?

What time does your bank open and close? Does your bank operate on weekends?

Our operating hours are between 8:30am - 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays. We do not operate on weekends and government-declared holidays.
